We craft visual narratives for nonprofits and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs)

Our Story

Marko Kokic and Kevin Suttlehan both share a passion for photography, visual storytelling and a keen interest in documenting the work of organizations dedicated to promoting the well-being of others. Most significantly, they believe that this type of work requires a unique skillset that goes beyond other genres of photography.

Marko Kokic is a veteran photographer and communications specialist with over 20 years of experience working around the globe for some of the most renowned humanitarian organizations.

Kevin Suttlehan is an attorney who launched a second act as a photographer after having practiced law for over 30 years, first as a prosecutor and then as a financial crimes expert. His photography work began with and continues to focus on non-profit organizations.

The two first met in Kentucky in December of 2021 while on assignment for the American Red Cross, documenting that organization’s response to deadly tornadoes that ripped through communities in that state. Upon returning home to Westchester County, New York, where they each reside with their families, they stayed in touch and eventually founded Focus on Good LLC in January of 2024.

In addition to the American Red Cross, Kevin has documented the work of several other nonprofit organizations in New York City.

Marko’s humanitarian portfolio includes work for:

  • American Red Cross

  • International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)

  • The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC)

  • United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF)

  • World Health Organization (WHO)

  • Canadian Red Cross

We are based in Westchester County, New York.
